Belazu and School Food Matters have returned to Clarion for Fresh Enterprise 2026!

Students have been working in teams to devise a new paste or sauce that can be presented to the Belazu HQ and have the chance to make it to the supermarket shelf. This term students started the first phase of development, applying their knowledge of flavour profiles and getting creative. This was followed up by an initial stage marketing workshop where students could learn the process behind branding a product, before pitching it to executives.
